Proclamation under the Criminal Code Amendment Act 1995

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Criminal Code Amendment Act 1995 fix 1 December 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.15 November 1999
