Proclamation under the Credit (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Credit (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009 fix 17 November 2009 as the day on which that Act commences.16 November 2009
