Proclamation under the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2005 fix 1 March 2006 as the day on which that Act commences.16 February 2006
