I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Community Housing Providers National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 fix 1 January 2014 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 16 December 2013
