I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 1B of the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011 fix 1 October 2012 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.17 September 2012
