Proclamation under the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 4(2) of the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001 declare that the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Enforcement Act 1995 and the National Crime Authority (State Provisions) Act 1985 are relevant State Acts for the purposes of the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001 .6 May 2002
