Proclamation under the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 4(2) of the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001  –

(a) amend the proclamation made under that Act and notified in the Gazette on 15 May 2002 as Statutory Rules 2002, No. 32 by omitting "National Crime Authority (State Provisions) Act 1985" and substituting " Australian Crime Commission (Tasmania) Act 2004 "; and (b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
