I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Climate Change (State Action) Act 2008 fix 1 December 2008 as the day on which that Act commences.10 November 2008
