Proclamation under the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2013

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2013 fix 28 February 2018 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a) sections 8, 18, 22, 23, 31 and 32; (b) section 4(a), (b), (d) and (e); (c) section 17(b), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k) and (l); (d) section 19(b).
