Proclamation under the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2009 fix 1 August 2009 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 13 July 2009
