Proclamation under the Child Care Act 2001

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Child Care Act 2001 fix 1 September 2003 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Part 1 , Division 4 of Part 8 and sections 71 , 72 , 73 , 74 , 75 and 76 , commence.19 May 2003
