I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Cat Management Act 2009 fix 1 July 2012 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 24 , commence. 18 June 2012
