Proclamation under the Building and Construction (Regulatory Reform Amendments) Act 2020

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Building and Construction (Regulatory Reform Amendments) Act 2020 fix 30 November 2020 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.19 November 2020
