Proclamation under the Annulled Convictions Act 2003

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Annulled Convictions Act 2003 fix 1 January 2004 as the day on which that Act commences.1 December 2003
