I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Repeal Act 2021 fix 1 March 2022 as the day on which that Act commences.7 February 2022
