I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Aboriginal Relics Amendment Act 2017 fix 16 August 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.14 August 2017
