I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Aboriginal Lands Amendment (Wybalenna) Act 1999 fix 16 April 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.14 April 1999
