I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Aboriginal Lands Amendment Act (No. 2) 2005 fix 21 July 2005 as the day on which that Act commences. 11 July 2005
