PROCLAMATION
WESTERN AUSTRALIA} By His Excellency Lieutenant General John Murray
John Sanderson, Sanderson, Companion of the Order of Australia, Governor. Governor of the State of Western Australia. [LS.]
I, the Governor, acting under section 186 of the Health Act 1911 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, amend Schedule 2 to that Act by deleting-
, or any trade, business, process, or manufacture whatsoever causing effluvia, offensive fumes, vapours or gases, or discharging dust, foul liquid, blood or other impurity, or any noxious or offensive trade, business, or manufacture:
and any trade that, unless preventive measures are adopted, may become a
nuisance to the health of the inhabitants of the district
