Valuers Act 2003

By Deputation from Her Excellency the Governor
I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the
advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 4 of Schedule 2 to the

Valuers Act 2003, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 December 2005 as the day

on which that clause ceases to have effect.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to omit a provision of the Valuers Act 2003 that prevents applications concerning the registration of valuers from being made by means of electronic communication. The omission of that provision will facilitate the introduction of on-line registration.
