I, the Governor, acting under the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 31 July 2006 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 16 to 25, 26(2), (3) and (4), Part 4, and sections 103(2), 105 and 113(3), come into operation.
