I, the Governor, acting under the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 28 February 2007 as the day on which sections 19 to 25, 26(2), (3) and (4), Part 4, sections 103(2), 105 and 113(3) of that Act come into operation and 31 May 2007 as the day on which sections 16, 17 and 18 come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 28 February 2007.
