I, the Governor, acting under the Taxation Administration Act 2003 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 2 March 2009 as the day on which these provisions of that Act come into operation—

(a)	section 34(2)(c) (as amended by the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 section 1171(1));
(b)	section 34(4) (as amended by the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 section 1171(2) and the Revenue Laws Amendment Act (No. 2) 2008 section 24);
(c)	section 47(8) (as amended by the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 section 1179);

(d) section 48;

(e)	section 56(3) (as amended by the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 section 1180);
(f)	section 57(3) (as amended by the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 section 1181);
(g)	section 59 (as amended by the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 section 1182).
