Parliament House in the City of Perth is fixed as the place for holding the first session of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly in the 42nd Parliament.

3.Time for holding the first session of the Legislative Assembly in the 42nd Parliament

Tuesday 8 April 2025 at 11 am is fixed as the time for holding the first sitting of the first session of the Legislative Assembly in the 42nd Parliament.

4.Time for holding the first session of the Legislative Council in the 42nd Parliament

Tuesday 8 April 2025 at 2.45 pm is fixed as the time for holding the first sitting of the first session of the Legislative Council in the 42nd Parliament.
