Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 18 ————— A PROCLAMATION By His Excellency the Honourable John Murtagh Macrossan, Chief Justice of the State of Queensland and Administrator of the Government of the said State in the Commonwealth of Australia. [L.S.] J. M. MACROSSAN, Administrator IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by the Sugar Acquisition Act 1915-1990 , I, John Murtagh Macrossan, the Administrator aforesaid, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, do, by this my Proclamation, declare and direct as follows:— The prices of sugar product, being raw sugar and all crystal sugar and sugar syrup including inverted syrups but excluding final molasses, the product of the 1990 season’s crop of sugar cane, manufactured in the years 1990 and 1991 acquired under a Proclamation dated the third day of August 1989 and published in the Gazette on the fifth day of August 1989, payable to the owners of such sugar product shall in relation to the No. 1 pool sugar product and No. 2 pool sugar product referred to in clauses 5 and 6 of a Proclamation dated fourteenth day of June 1990 (as amended by a Proclamation dated the eighteenth day of October, 1990) and published in the Gazette on the sixteenth day of June 1990 be:— Per tonne 94 net titre No. 1 Pool Sugar Product . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $344.02 No. 2 Pool Sugar Product . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $307.16 provided that the price payable shall be subject to such deductions as are provided for by clause 16 of the said Proclamation of the 14 June 1990.
