I, the Governor, acting under the State Superannuation Amendment Act 2007 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which Part 2, Part 5 Division 3 Subdivision 1 and Part 6 Division 1 of that Act come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 4 December 2007.
