I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2 of the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) Act 1996 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day of publication in the Government Gazette as the day on which that Act comes into operation.
