Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1993 No. 359 Mining (Fossicking) Act 1985 PROCLAMATION I, LENEEN FORDE, Governor, declare that— (a) the hand held equipment specified in the Schedule may be used for prospecting, exploring or mining in the Yowah Designated Area; and (b) the equipment specified in the Schedule may not be used in the Yowah Designated Area. Rippers, bulldozer, tractors, graders, loaders, end-loaders, draglines, excavators, bobcats, trax-cavators, backhoes, scrapers, bucket excavators, ontinuous miners, scoopmobiles, scoops, scarifiers, rooters, dredges, clamshells, cranes, locomotives, ropeways and monorails.
