PROCLAMATION—Mining (Fossicking) Act 1985
Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1993 No. 511 Mining (Fossicking) Act 1985 PROCLAMATION I, LENEEN FORDE, Governor, declare that— (a) the hand held equipment specified in the Schedule may be used for prospecting, exploring or mining in the Thanes Creek Designated Area; and (b) the equipment specified in the Schedule may not be used in the Thanes Creek Designated Area. Rippers, bulldozers, tractors, graders, loaders, end-loaders, draglines, excavators, bobcats, trax-cavators, backhoes, scrapers, bucket excavators, continuous miners, scoopmobiles, scoops, scarifiers, rooters, dredges, clamshells, cranes, locomotives, ropeways and monorails.
