PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA	By the Honourable David Kingsley Malcolm,

Lieutenant-Governor and	Governor and deputy of the Governor of the State of

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2 of the

Sentencing Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 1999 and with the advice and

consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 6(3) and 36 of that Act come into operation.
