Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 115 ————— Justices Act 1886 A PROCLAMATION By His Excellency the Honourable Sir Walter Benjamin Campbell, Companion of the Order of Australia, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, Governor in and over the State of Queensland in the Commonwealth of Australia. [L.S.] W. B. CAMPBELL, Governor I, Sir Walter Benjamin Campbell, the Governor aforesaid, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of the provisions of the Justices Act 1886 , do by this my Proclamation (a) cancel on and from the first day of November, 1991 the appointment of Edward River as a place for holding Magistrates Courts within the Magistrates Courts district of Cook; and (b) appoint Pormpuraaw as a place for holding Magistrates Courts within the Magistrates Courts district of Cook on and from the first day of November, 1991. Given under my Hand and Seal at Government House, Brisbane, this twenty-fourth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one, and in the fortieth year of Her Majesty’s reign.
