I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Road Traffic Amendment (Hoons) Act 2009 section 2(1)(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 January 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 30 December 2009.
