I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under the Road Traffic Amendment Act 2000 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which Part 3 Division 4 of that Act comes into operation.
