I. the Governor, acting under the Retail Trading Hours Amendment Act 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 26 August. 2012 a s the day on which the provisions of that. Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Notes: Under the Retail Trading Hours (Holiday Resorts) Regulations 2012 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on he day on which the Retail Trading Hours Amendment Act 2012 section 5 comes into operation.

Under the Retail Trading' Hours (Public Holidays) Order 2012 clause 2(b), the provisions of that order, other than clauses 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Retail Trading' Hours Amendment Act 2012 section 6 comes into operation.
