I, the Governor, acting under the Retail Shops and Fair Trading Legislation Amendment Act 2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 11 May 2007 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 8 May 2007.

Note: Under section 22 of the Interpretation Act 1984, sections 1 and 2 came into operation on
