I, the Governor, acting under the Restraining Orders Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the pi ovision s of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, cone into operation.

These regulations are the Restraining Orders Aniendnent

Regulations 2012.

2.              Coni niencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on hich these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.
