1, the Governor, acting under the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Amendment Acf. 2 01 2 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 August. 2012 as the day on which the provisions of that. Act., other than Part. 1, come into operation.

Note: Under the Workers' Compensation. and Injzuy Management Amendment Regulations 2012 regulation 2(h), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations I and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Amendment Act 2012 section 9 comes into op oration,

I, the Governor, acting under the Residential Tenancies Amendment Acl 2011 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 30 l my 2012 as the day on which sections 5(2) (to the extent that it inserts the definition of lessor). 42(1) and (2), 45(1), 57, 58, 60, 69, 88. 89 (to the extent that it amends section 71), and 90 to 95 of that. Act come into operation.
