I, the Governor, acting under the Reserves (National Parks, Conservation Parks and Other Reserves) Act 2004 section 2(2) and with the advice and consent of Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which section 11 of that Act comes into operation.
