Commencement Proclamation

under the

Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007 No 80

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 March 2008 as the day on which that Act commences.
