Commencement Proclamation

under the

Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2008 No 62

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2008, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 August 2008 as the day on which Schedule 1.41 to that Act commences.
