Commencement Proclamation

under the

Strata Management Legislation Amendment Act 2008 No 38

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Strata Management Legislation Amendment Act 2008, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 2008 as the day on which that Act commences.
