Commencement Proclamation

under the

National Gas (New South Wales) Act 2008

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the National Gas (New South Wales) Act 2008, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint the day on which section 7 of the National Gas (South Australia) Act 2008 of South Australia commences as the day on which the National Gas (New South Wales) Act 2008 commences.
