Commencement Proclamation

under the

Miscellaneous Acts (Casino, Liquor and Gaming) Amendment
Act 2007 No 92

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Miscellaneous Acts (Casino, Liquor and Gaming) Amendment Act 2007, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 May 2008 as the day on which Schedule 1 [5] to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence an amendment to the Casino Control Act

1992 relating to the determination of devices as gaming machines.
