Commencement Proclamation

under the

Road Transport Legislation (Breath Testing and Analysis) Act
2007 No 99

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Road Transport Legislation (Breath Testing and Analysis) Act 2007, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 January 2008 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
