Commencement Proclamation

under the

Food Amendment (Public Information on Offences) Act 2008

KEITH MASON, Administrator I, the Honourable Justice Keith Mason AC, Administrator of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Food Amendment (Public Information on Offences) Act 2008, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 May 2008 as the day on which that Act commences.
