Commencement Proclamation

under the

Law Enforcement and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Law Enforcement and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 21 December 2007 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
