Commencement Proclamation

under the

Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act 1989 No 90

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2008 as the day on which Division 4 of Part 2 of that Act commences.

Explanatory note
