Commencement Proclamation

under the

Criminal Procedure Amendment (Local Court Process Reforms)
Act 2007 No 34

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Criminal Procedure Amendment (Local Court Process Reforms) Act 2007, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 November 2007 as the day on which that Act commences.
