Commencement Proclamation

under the

Criminal Procedure Amendment (Vulnerable Persons) Act 2007

KEITH MASON, Administrator I, the Honourable Justice Keith Mason AC, Administrator of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Criminal Procedure Amendment (Vulnerable Persons) Act 2007, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 12 October 2007 as the day on which that Act commences.
