James Hardie Former Subsidiaries (Winding up and
Administration) Amendment (Trust Funds) Act 2006 No 108

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the James Hardie Former Subsidiaries (Winding up and Administration) Amendment (Trust Funds) Act 2006, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 February 2007 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
